An easy to use gas height and tilting chair mech. that allows you to fit your own leg design into the main hub.

Hub takes five legs and comes with a 5 star a washer on the underside to secure the legs together, also comes with two L brackets rails for attaching the base to the underside of the chair.

Has a lock on and lock off lever that also activates the gas function.

Very similar to RFO75A only this profile has a vertical front edge instead of a sloping one. It also has the same grove ruining down its length for easy stapling, so the nose of the gun can rest neatly into this channel.

It’s overall height is less at 43mm as its total length front to back is 105mm but again offers a great front edge for loose cushions where you need to close the gap between the front edge and the underside of the cushion.

This profile is cut from a block to our exact dimensions and is ideal on a front edge when you want to close the gap between the underside of a loose cushion and the front rail.

With a neat slot that runs down the length of the front edge, it ensures that your nail gun fires staples into frame in just the right place, resulting a neat crisp finish.

The front edge is slightly sloped at the front to offer that interest and shape to the front of your sofa or chair and lifts the top height of the rail by 45mm and tapers down towards the back by a length of 115mm.

Comes in boxs of 45x and in cut lengths of 1.375m long (54.13”) and work perfectly with our Reg WCU domed spring units, ensuring that the front rail is now in line with the top of the spring units so that a loose cushion will sit neatly on the front edge.

These ready to use spring units come compressed flat on a continuous roll, 30x pcs/roll, with a length of web that separates each complete unit.

You get three rolls in a full box, although we can supply single rolls too if required and come in 3, 4, 5 & 6 spring variants for greater adaptability.

Made with pocket springs which are held between two webs and sewn into finished units, they offer a very simple way to add a nice dome to any seat platform, but can equally be used to create a back or even a sprung arm.

The Rondo is the most stable, silent and smoothest rotating swivel on the market. Available in three sizes, dia. 50, 60 and 72cm it provides something other swivels cant match.

The key to its stability is the weight above is transferred down to the outer ring diameter, via four nylon wheels which rotate on ball bearings making for a Rolls Royce ride!

It so simple to install too, requiring just four wood screws to attach it to a chair frame.

Thanks to it’s clever design which allows you to secure the Rondo via four brackets at the end of extending tubes that rotate 360 degrees, whilst also moving on a scissor action.

The larger 72 dia. will happily rotate large love seats 360 degrees with ease, and ensure that the chair will not dip downward when you sit on the front edge.
